BREAD SANDWICH

                  Most of us like to eat bread. Children too like it, but not as  like sandwich.If we make them to eat, it is a very healthy food. I hope all your family members enjoy this. You can prefer this even in parties too.
INGREDIENTS:
            -1 sandwich bread packet.
            -1/4 kg. Potato
            -1 big onion
            -1 carrot(opt)
            -1 small tomato     
            -4 mint leaves
            -1 root coriander leaves
            -1/4 tsp garam masala

          -1/4 tsp ginger +garlic+ chili paste.
            -salt

            -1/4 tsp black salt
            -1/4 tsp turmeric
            -1 tbsp oil
PROCEDURE:
   Curry: [ You can prepare this in advance also.]
          -Boil potatoes, peel it and smash it till becomes paste.
            -Chop the onions.
            -grate the carrot.
            -cut tomato into very small pieces.
            -Take a pan with oil and heat it.
            -Fry onion and mint till golden brown colour comes.
            -Add ginger, garlic, chili paste.

            -Add carrot and saute it.

           -  Add tomato pieces and saute till they are soft.
            -Add smashed potato and fry for a while.
            -Add salt,  turmeric, black salt, garam masala.
            -Add chopped coriander leaves and remove from flame.
    SANDWICH:
 -Take a bread slice, spread the curry and cover it with other bread  slice and    now        fry it in the sandwich toaster with little oil  spreading on both sides.
 -Now you can eat this like this or with tomato sauce.
    TIPS:
 -If you are not having sandwich toaster, then fry in the grill or on the pan.
 When you are frying in pan cover it with lid.
 -If you want to try better tastes, after spreading the curry, spread sliced
 onion, cucumber  pieces and cover it.
 -To get burger taste, you can spread yogurt on the slice and then cover with
 curry and vegetable slices and cover it with another slice and toast it.
